This program connects Gaia members' personal libraries so that we can all benefit from each others' collections. This program also improves accessibility and visibility of Gaia's physical library. This program is a member benefit.

On the following pages, you'll find the procedures for Lending and Borrowing, as well as the procedures for the actual exchange of books.

Gaia Community also has a physical library of books that belong to the community itself. These books reside in the librarian's home until Gaia finds a permanent home. However, we are hoping to expand the variety of books available in our library, so if you have books that you'd like to donate, please contact the librarian (Jamie). Gift-in-kind forms are available for tax purposes.

We utilize LibraryThing to catalogue our virtual lending library. Here's a sample:
