Class: End of Life Planning
October 24 @ 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Death and dying is a topic we as a society often avoid, which can make things harder on loved ones when someone does pass on, expectedly or unexpectedly. This Sunday, we take some time to think about a world in which we no longer live: how can we communicate our wishes, plans, and responsibilities to those who must carry them out? We’ll talk about wills and directives, funeral planning, tools for thinking through what information other people might need to know when we go, and tools for having the necessary but potentially uncomfortable conversations around these topics.
