Ritual: Urban Pantheism

For some, the world is more than its material forms – magic and divinity abound, and every stone and tree may hold a spirit. As pagans, we are familiar with nature spirits, and even house spirits, but are we ignoring spirits of sidewalk, road, bus stop, and building? When we think of nature spirits, do we remember the spirits of squirrel, finch, rat, and rabbit? In this ritual, we seek to know and communicate with city spirits, and to understand our built environment as a part of the enchanted world.
