Workshop: Meditation Practices

Meditation is a key skill for spiritual practice and can be useful for building mental resilience and health. Many of us appreciate the idea of meditating, but don’t practice it often enough to get much benefit from it. In this workshop, we’ll practice several different types and techniques of meditation, and consider how to make room for meditation in daily life.
