Join us as we work to break the power these problems hold over us\, reach towards a state of balance\, and reclaim our energy. This ritual could get messy — closed-toe shoes and easily washable clothing recommended. \nIf you want to bring a small bowl or vessel (fist sized or so) that is ceramic or glass and you will not be taking home\, that may help you connect with the power of our ritual\, but we will have a ready supply. \nFor those joining remotely\, you may want to represent this more safely with paper\, cardboard\, or materials that will not be a safety hazard later. An origami ‘box’ would work if that is in your skill set (such as described at https://origami.me/box/ ). SUMMARY:Workshop: Election Magic
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday November 2nd as we create a poppet\, a three-dimensional symbol representing our hopes for the future of our democracy\, beginning with the upcoming elections on November 4th.  We invite you to bring small items of magical import that you would like to contribute\, representing your fondest dreams for the well-being of our nation. (We will supply some small charms\, beads\, etc. as well.) This could include herbs\, minerals\, natural objects\, tokens or symbols of what you wish for the United States and our fellow citizens.
